Hans Middag is a trainer, facilitator and executive coach with more than 30 years' experience in the fields of sales, marketing, HR and learning and development. Hans served as Director of Learning & Development with the Dutch multinational consulting firm Randstad (a global provider of HR services and the second largest staffing organization in the world), where he built development programs for hundreds of senior managers and directors. He also served as HR Business Partner with Randstad, with a focus on companies in Southern Europe, China, Singapore/Malaysia and Australia.

For seven years Hans was a member of the board of trustees of a pension fund.

He started his own business MIDDAGCOACH as an independent entrepeneur, coach, trainer, facilitator and HR consultant in 2013. Hans was also part of the faculty team of Stand and Deliver in California (2013-2025).
He's Chairman at Executives' Global Network (EGN) The Netherlands for Network Groups in Human Resources,  Finance, Facility Management and Legal.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Facility Management and is an alumnus of INSEAD Fontainebleau, IESE and IMD Lausanne.
